MEDEA by Shock Therapy

One of the great plays of the western canon, this psychological thriller follows the story of Medea, her world unravelling as she attempts to navigate the pressures of court politics, family, and discrimination within the patriarchy. Themes that are unfortunately, just as relevant today.

This is a stylised and minimal production that combines traditional Greek Theatre, with Epic and Physical Theatre, and multiple role playing to deliver an intense and gripping experience accompanied by a thumping contemporary soundtrack.
